Upload the CV, pick the role, set the time and the score the role expects. EMIE emails the candidate their private link.
On their laptop, after a camera, microphone, and room check, they answer out loud. EMIE listens, follows up when an answer is thin, and stays warm and polite.

When an interview ends, EMIE seals the transcript, scores, and flags with a SHA-256 fingerprint. Not a recruiter, a manager, or an admin can change it, and anyone can verify it.
The person who set up an interview is the only one who can reschedule, change, or cancel it. Everyone else on the team sees it, read-only.
Sign-ins, schedules, reschedules, cancellations, each candidate answer, every flag, every report view and email. Chained by hash, exportable to CSV.
If a candidate drops, the scheduler gets an email within a minute: how far they got, how it was going, when they dropped, and the likely reason. EMIE tells them again if the candidate rejoins.

How to buy
There’s no card checkout. Write to hello@pravadhlabs.com and our team sends your company a CalKey. Paste it in Settings, Plan and the plan unlocks at once. If a plan ends, everyone can still sign in and read past reports.
No. EMIE asks every question aloud and the candidate answers out loud, as on a video call. There is no answer box.
Nothing changes for the candidate. The interview continues, and the flag is filed for your team with the question, the time in the recording, and a camera snapshot where it helps.
EMIE notices within 45 seconds and emails whoever scheduled the interview with the progress so far, the time, and the likely reason. The candidate can reopen the same link and continue. If they don’t return, EMIE closes the interview as incomplete and files a report on what was captured.
In your organization’s own storage: Google Drive, OneDrive, Amazon S3, or a folder on your server. Caliber keeps only scores, flags, and a pointer, and streams the recording from your storage when your team opens a report.
No. Reports are sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint when the interview ends, and there is no edit or delete in Caliber for anyone, including admins. Verify any report with one click.
Yes. Choose EMIE Pravadh LLM, or connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or your own endpoint. If your model is slow during an interview, EMIE continues on its built-in engine so the candidate never waits.
No. EMIE measures presence (in frame, facing the screen) and answer content. It does not infer emotion, personality, or anything about who a person is.
